bdrumi Complete Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

"bdrumi", "we", "us" refers to the bdrumi platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services. "Platform" refers to bdrumi's website and all related services.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to all users receiving services in the Bangladesh market. By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

1.3 Scope of Services

bdrumi provides the following services:

• Online sports betting (cricket, football and other sports)
• Online casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games)
• Virtual games and special tournaments
• Bonuses, promotions and VIP program

2.1 Registration Process

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name (as shown on national identity card)
• Correct date of birth (for age verification)

2.2 One Person, One Account

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. bdrumi may at any time request a government-issued identity document (national identity card, passport or birth certificate) for age verification. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until age verification is complete.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

This service is operated for residents of Bangladesh. Compliance with local laws and regulations is the responsibility of each user. Accessing the platform using a proxy or VPN from a restricted region is prohibited.

4.1 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Use a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Never share your password with anyone else.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all transactions made using your account credentials, unless you have previously informed us.

4.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or allowing anyone else to use your bdrumi account is strictly prohibited. Placing bets on behalf of a third party is also prohibited.

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Depositing from another person's account is prohibited — the source of a deposit and the destination of a withdrawal must belong to the same person.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. If wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met, the withdrawal process may be held.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be determined at the rate in effect at the time of technical confirmation.

5.4 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious financial activity is detected, bdrumi reserves the right to hold any transaction, investigate it and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities. Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policy is an obligation for us and all users.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement: 25x) before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawing from a bonus balance before wagering is complete is not possible. The contribution of bets in specific games may vary — details on this will be stated in the bonus description.

6.3 VIP Program

bdrumi offers four VIP levels: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%; Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%; Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%. You can advance to higher levels through regular play. Cashback amounts are always paid at the announced rate.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

If misuse of bonus benefits is detected (such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting or arbitrage betting), the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed. bdrumi reserves the right to decline or cancel bonus offers.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted before the official start of an event according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Separate rules may apply for in-play betting. We reserve the right to cancel bets placed on incorrect odds or markets due to a technical error.

7.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the related bets will be cancelled and the stake will be returned. Whether a bet remains valid after a match is rescheduled will be determined according to the type of event and the specific sport's rules.

7.3 Match Fixing

Any bet found to be associated with match fixing or illegal activity will be immediately cancelled and the related account will be blocked. bdrumi cooperates with relevant authorities to protect the integrity of sport.

8.1 Prohibited Platform Activities

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using hacking, viruses or harmful software
• Betting using bots or automated methods
• Operating an account on behalf of others or running a professional syndicate
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in bdrumi's systems or security

9.1 Self-Restriction Tools

Users may apply the following restrictions for their own protection:

• Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits
• Setting session time limits
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion
• Account cooling-off period

10.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. All valid balances (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned before the account is closed.

10.3 Fund Return
